RETURN POLICY

Thanks for shopping with us!

You may return unopened products in original packaging within 7 days from the date of your receipt, for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charge(s) are not eligible for refund. We only accept unopened, unused items that are in the original packaging.

RETURN PROCESSING: To be eligible for a return, please email us at help@sundree.com and provide your name, order number and reason for return. If the item is damaged or defective, we will request for you to email us pictures of damaged/defective merchandise. Customer service will review your information and, if eligible, approve the request via email response.

SEND US YOUR RETURN: After obtaining approval, package the item(s) securely and safely in a shipping box, with your Sundree order number written clearly somewhere on front of box. Packages shipped to us without obtaining email approval first wil not be processed. Please make sure to note of the tracking information, as Sundree is not responsible for lost return shipments.

REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days after we inspect and approve return.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged item, the issue must be reported to help@sundree.com within 48 hours of receipt of your product to receive a replacement item. Please include picture of damage when sending us the email, so we can process the exchange faster. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchanges are only for exact item purchased, unless that item is no longer available.
