We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept Sezzle payments, which allows customer to pay for their purchases in four easy installments.
Please note that we currently do not accept ApplePay, PayPal, Google Pay or any international credit cards.

We typically process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify or cancel an existing order if you contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible and explain the issue.
Discount and promotional codes can be applied to your order during the checkout process.
Most discount and promotional codes do not apply to BUNDLES, since those sets have already been heavily discounted.
Our formulated products have a shelf-life of 2 years.
Don’t forget to keep all your beauty products in a cool and dry place. Extreme heat will weaken most skincare formulations unless otherwise advised.
What is CBD?
We're so glad you asked. CBD, also known as cannabidiol, is the second-most abundant phytocannabinoid isolated from cannabis (hemp plants). Though the compound has skyrocketed into the spotlight in recent years, plenty of misinformation is still floating around. So allow us to dispel some of those CBD myths. CBD class is in session!
Will CBD get you high?
Nope. That’s THC you’re thinking about. CBD and THC are very different. Actually, they’re completely separate molecules. In other words, THC does NOT equal CBD. THC is the psychoactive chemical known for giving users a “high” (intoxicated) feeling. CBD does not make you feel “high.” In fact, the human body already has an endocannabinoid system where CBD binds to receptors. Your body uses this system to regulate and perform critical functions, and even naturally produces cannabinoids on its own!
Where does CBD come from?
CBD comes from hemp or cannabis plants.
What is hemp?
Hemp is a specific, non-psychoactive species of cannabis, and one of the most versatile plants in the world. Did you know its use dates back roughly 10,000 years? Crazy, we know.
What is CBD hemp oil?
CBD hemp oil is the naturally extracted oil from the hemp plant. FYI, all Sundree products containing CBD hemp oil have been derived from organic industrial hemp plants.
But wait, is CBD even legal?
Yes. Industrial hemp-derived CBD is legal to buy and own in all 50 states. It’s also loved by many (including our founders) as new scientific research is consistently being performed, showing how truly remarkable its potential is.
Is CBD safe?
Yes! CBD is non-toxic and safe for humans and animals.
What kind of CBD do Sundree products contain?
All of our CBD is derived from organically grown, pesticide-free, and non-GMO industrial hemp plants. The hemp grown for our products is selected by experts and is of exceptional quality.
What is the process of extracting and infusing CBD?
Our extraction processes ensure that our CBD hasn’t been exposed to harmful chemicals found in residual amounts in other CBD-infused products. Our expert chemists and growers use a supercritical fractionation, non-toxic, non-combustible CO2 extraction process to draw out highly purified CBD in a clean and energy-efficient manner. This ensures exceptional purity, potency, and safety, and prevents residual chemicals from entering the final product.
What kind of quality control does Sundree use?
In addition to the quality control measures listed above, our products are exclusively produced in Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) facilities under the industry’s strictest clinical-grade standards and supervision.
Our products also undergo a strict testing process to detect the slightest hint of impurities. In fact, we test all of our products for pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents and potency, to ensure safety.
Each and every Sundree product is tagged with a traceable QR code that directs you to the lab report listing with information on when, where, and how that product was produced.

The CBD products sold on this site contain a total delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration that does not exceed 0.2% on a dry-weight basis. Please download the individual lab results by looking up the QR Code on your specific product’s packaging, or by clicking on lab test results on the product page.

RETURNS & SHIPPING
You may return unopened products in original packaging within 30 days from the date of your receipt of item(s), for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charge(s) are not eligible for refund. We only accept unopened, unused items that are in the original packaging. Please visit our RETURN POLICY page for more information.
If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit to you, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know as soon as possible. We will make it right!
Currently, we can only ship to domestic United States addresses due to the CBD content within some our products. Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
Sundree offers both standard (USPS First Class or UPS Ground) and expedited (USPS Priority) options for your order(s). Please see our SHIPPING INFO page for more information on cost and/or expected transit times.

All orders are processed and shipped from our southern California fulfillment center within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Once your order has been processed and ships, you will receive an email from Sundree which provides complete tracking information for your package, via either USPS or UPS.
Gift wrapping can be added to your entire order at check out for only $5. Here’s how it goes- Your order is neatly packed into our signature branded Sundree box, wrapped and sealed with our colorful ribbon. Then, that box is inserted into a larger shipper box to protect your gift from any scuffing in the delivery process.
Gift wrapping cannot be applied to individual products; only to your entire order. If you are sending multiple gifts to multiple recipients, please initiate separate orders for each recipient.
Yes. You can write a note up to 120 characters when you purchase the gift-wrapping option in your cart. This card will be placed in the branded box.
No, don’t worry- we make sure the price you paid for their gift is never revealed.
We do our best! Unfortunately, though, the estimated delivery dates are exactly that- estimate and are entirely subject to our couriers, such as USPS and UPS. We suggest you order your gifts in advance to ensure there are no errors and keep checking your tracking number! We do our best to get every order out the same day (or latest by next day), so any delays once dropped off to one of our couriers are out of our hands.
